Duane and Jennifer Meilstrup announce the engagement and approaching wedding of their daughter, Madeleine Grace Meilstrup of Brookhaven, to Reid Wilson Roberson of Brookhaven.

He is the son of Brad and Paula Roberson.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Hank and Paula Smith, the late Jean Leggett Smith, and Dennis and Sherrie Meilstrup.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Dianna Roberson, the late Ronnie Roberson, and the late Paul and Ann Wilson.

Miss Meilstrup is a 2015 graduate of Brookhaven High School. She is studying civil engineering at Mississippi State University, with a target graduation date of May 2020.

Mr. Roberson is a 2016 graduate of Brookhaven High School. He is studying mathematics at Mississippi State University, with a target graduation date of August 2019.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at 4 p.m., at First Baptist Church in Brookhaven. A reception will immediately follow at The Venue at Five Fifty.

Family and friends are invited to attend both the wedding and reception. No local invitations will be sent.
