Four students from Mississippi School of the Arts were recently named Region 5 fist place winners of the Mississippi Stock Market Game. In a hypothetical investment management period, the MSA team outperformed the S&P by 3.4 percent. Team members were Taylor Downs, senior literary student from Yazoo city; advisor Vickie Malone; Charlotte Drane, senior literary student from Wesson; Jackson Palmer, senior literary student from Brandon; and Jessica McDonald, senior visual student from Hernando.
