The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

• Kentory T. Benson Jr, 06/24/2003, 704 Hives St. — arrested for aggravated assault, use of deadly weapon by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Danny Aron Riley, 11/14/1977, 234 Casa Grande Drive, Clinton — arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, probation violation, parole violation by BPD.

• Michael Wayne Quin, 04/29/1999, 2140 Quin Road — arrested for violation of city beer ordinance, DUI by BPD.
