Funeral services for Shelby Hardy, of Monticello, are Saturday, July 14, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church in Monticello with burial at the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday, July 13, 2018, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hardy, 80, died Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Lawrence County Hospital. He was born Nov. 5, 1937, to Lee Hardy Sr. and Cora Mackey Hardy.
