The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Tuesday was as follows:

• Daniel Staggs, 07/13/1983, 2069 Hunters Road — arrested for failure to dim headlights, none or expired tag, no drivers license, no auto insurance, DUI by Mississippi Highway Patrol.

• Laron Smith, 05/05/1992, 508 Chestnut Lane — arrested for fleeing or eluding police in a motor vehicle by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Dedric Cenitell Perkins, 12/09/1980, 118 Short St. — arrested for second degree murder by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
