Brookhaven Fire Department responded to two fires over the weekend; area reports

Fire reports
The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a carbon monoxide detector alarm at Dr. Ed Moak’s office at 1040 Biglane Drive at 5:10 p.m. Friday. Firefighters said cleaners set off the alarm. No injuries were reported. Other responses included a small fire in a storage unit at Lincoln Apartments at 3 a.m. Saturday, and a car fire at Dairy Queen Sunday at 5 p.m. No injuries were reported in either incident.
Highway Patrol report
Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident with injuries Saturday at 11:13 p.m. at the exit 38 off-ramp of I-55.
KDMC Ambulance report
King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 17 calls Sunday. Nine were transfers, with two in the city, one in the county and six to Jackson. There were eight emergency medical calls, with five in the city and three in the county.
