Seven individuals arrested on drug charges at Rodeway Inn identified

Seven individuals arrested on drug charges earlier this week at a Brookhaven hotel have been identified by authorities.
Brookhaven Police were called to a room at Rodeway Inn Monday to investigate possible credit card fraud and found drug paraphernalia, Police Chief Bobby Bell said.
When the officers found the drug paraphernalia they called agents with the Southwest Mississippi Narcotics Enforcement Unit, which began a narcotics investigation that led to the arrests.
Officers with the Lincoln County Mississippi Department of Corrections assisted with the investigations.
Arrested were:
• Centonio Courtney — on charges of the sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance;
• Troy Washington Jr. — on charges of possession of marijunana with intent and a city warrant for failure to appear;
• Billy Ray Thomas Jr. — on charges of possession of an altered stolen firearm and conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent;
• Becky Kemph — on charges of the sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance;
• Butch Cassidy Delaughter — on charges of the sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance;
• Terry L. Easter — on charges of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance and open container;
• Lisa Carr — on charges of conspiracy to the sale of a controlled substance and attempt to distribute a controlled substance.
