The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Friday through Sunday were as follows:

•Keith M. Bergeron Jr, 5-31-1982, of 2516 Rahma Trail — arrested for felony fleeing from law enforcement, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s office.

•Katina L. Cummings, 1-30-1988, of 111 Clara St. — arrested for embezzlement by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Tristen T. Dillon, 9-26-1996, of 959 Old Saint John, Wesson — arrested for possession or receiving stolen property, burglary of a dwelling, conspiracy and an indictment by the LCSO.

•Daniel C. Emfinger, 11-19-1974, of 1031 Cherry Road, Fernwood — arrested to serve weekends by the LCSO.

•Gerrick Harris, 6-1-1978, of 424 Liberty — arrested for possession of a controlled substance by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Marc Jim, 6-18-1970, of 1253 Woodvillage Drive, Jackson — arrested for driving with a suspended license, careless driving, no proof of liability insurance and speeding by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

•Deborah B. Moody, 8-10-1954, of 20 N. Anthony Lane, Jayess — arrested for Fraud; misrepresentation by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Alli d. Mullins, 9-2-1997, of 2119 Old Hwy. 84 — arrested for embezzlement by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Julie E. Wallace, 1-31-1984, of 1428 Auburn Drive — arrested for an indictment by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Lakin C. Wallace, 4-15-1999, of 1007 Bennie Trail — arrested for possession or receiving stolen property, conspiracy and burglary of a dwelling by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Billy J. Boyte, 8-5-1990, of 3128 Union Road — arrested for simple assault on law enforcement by the Lincon County Sheriff’s Office.

•Joshua r. Daniels, 11-1-1992, of 147 Cedar St. — arrested for failure to yield/stop to blue lights, possession of a controlled substance, seatbelt violation, no proof of liability insurance, disorderly conduct/breach of peace, window tint law and resisting arrest by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

•Willie C. Godbolt, 5-1-1982, of 377 Brister St., Bogue Chitto — arrested for contempt of justice court and simple assault by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Mark Gregory, 1-17-1990, of 18400 25th St. Apt. 518, Long Beach — arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace, DUI – first offense, failure to yield to blue lights, no proof of liability insurance and driving on the wrong side of the road by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

•Alton L. Harveston, 2-19-1970, of 1068 Buck Circle, Summit — arrested for no tag, speeding, no proof of liability insurance, DUI – first offense and possession of a controlled substance by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

•Zachary L. Mohon, 7-30-1995, of 744 Old St. John Road — arrested for parole violation and shoplifting by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Kerry B. Spurlock, 4-12-1977, of 603 Allenville Prattville, Alabama — arrested for an indictment and burglary by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Christopher S. Wallace, 6-27-1982, of 3056 Hwy. 84, Silver Creek — arrested for contempt of court by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Courtney R. Jackson, 1-31-1986, of 1362, Union St. Extended — arrested for uttering forgery by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Keith M. Richardson, 12-17-1967, of 86 Amite Road — arrested for contempt of court by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Bruce Sanders, 4-25-1964, of 757 Zetus Road — arrested for no proof of liability insurance, driving while license suspended, careless driving and DUI – first offense by the Brookhaven Police Department.
