Private family services for Josie Lee Watts Ainsworth will be held at a later date. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Ainsworth, 78, of Brookhaven died Saturday, May 7, 2016, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born in the East Lincoln community on Feb. 13, 1938, to Arthur J. Watts Sr. and Eula Boling Watts.

Mrs. Ainsworth attended First Assembly of God Church in Brookhaven. She was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Jessie Ainsworth; two brothers, Harold Watts and Arthur J. Watts Jr.; four sisters, Yvonne Cothern, Josephine Richardson, Margie Brown and Annie Pearl Smith.

Survivors are her son, Jimmy D. Ainsworth and his wife, Debbie, of Brookhaven; grandson Conley Ainsworth; and sister, Kathleen Brinkley of Brandon.
