Loyd Star defeated Enterprise 6-1 in a Saturday tennis match at the Brookhaven Country Club courts. The Hornets posted wins in girls singles, boys singles, No. 1 and No. 2 girls doubles, mixed doubles and No. 1 boys doubles.

Enterprise captured their only victory in No. 2 boys doubles.

Loyd Star returns to action Tuesday to take on Lawrence County at the Atwood Tennis Courts in Monticello, starting at 4 p.m.

Enterprise will also be in action Tuesday as they battle the West Lincoln Bears at the Brookhaven Country Club. Matches are set to begin at 4 p.m.
