Funeral services for Carl E. Smith were Monday, March 7, 2016, at 1 p.m.  at Carmel Baptist Church in Monticello with burial in the church cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Bro. Robert Dunn will officiate.

Mr. Smith, 69, died Friday, March 4, 2016, in Brookhaven. He was born Dec. 31, 1946, in Tylertown.
