• Chris D. Allen, 2-28-74 of 2103 Newsight Drive — arrested for possession of a controlled substance, no proof of liability insurance, careless driving and disregarding traffic device by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Bruce S. Cutrer, 9-24-59, of 1898 Busby — arrested for possession of beer in a dry county by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.

• Charles Hutto, 1-19-78, of 459 Dunn Ratcliff — arrested for DUI second offense, reckless driving and driving while license is suspended by BPD.

• Maxmilian R. Laird, 3-30-53, of 1205 West Highway 84 West — arrested for public drunk by BPD.

• Marquise D. Price, 11-1-95, of 713 Middleton St. — arrested for probation violation by BPD.

• Joshua Hand, 8-18-86, of 900 Seminole Road, Fort Pierce, Florida — arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia by LCSO.

• Torriyance M. Loving, 1-6-96, of 313 South Martin L. King Drive — arrested for possession of a controlled substance by BPD.
