A man was arrested on Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s campus for possession of a weapon on school property Friday morning.

Natalie Davis, Co-Lin director of public information, said no one was threatened. The campus was not on lock down, and nobody was in danger.

Davis said the Co-Lin police department was immediately contacted and the male was apprehended. The suspect, whose name has not been released, was transported to Copiah County jail.
