Funeral Services for Garry Lynn Hodges of Jayess are 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, at Providence Baptist Church with burial in Providence Cemetery. Dr. Will Wall and Bro. Les Hughes will officiate. Pallbearers are Mike DeWitt, Steven Patten, Chris Stoner, Toney Wade Jr., Phil Hodges and Ricky Hodges. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation was Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church and will continue on Tuesday from noon until time of service.

Mr. Hodges, 61, died Feb. 21, 2015, at his residence. He was born on Jan. 16, 1954, in Natchez to Leroy and Ida Mullins Hodges.

He was a member of Providence Baptist Church and retried photo manager from Wal-Mart in Brookhaven. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend.

Preceding him in death were his father; brothers, Larry Glenn Hodges and Curtis Randall Hodges; and brother-in-law, Thomas M. DeWitt.

Survivors are his mother; sisters, Diane DeWitt and Dorris Hodges both of Jayess; nieces, Angela Strange Stoner, Alicia Strange, Adrienne Strange and Deidre DeWitt Patten; nephew, Mike DeWitt; and a host of great nieces, great nephews and friends.
