Funeral Services for Dorothy Jean “Big Dot” Adams of Bude are 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Little Rock A.M.E. Church with burial in Meadville New Fork Cemetery. The Rev. Robert McDonald will officiate. Marshall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2014, from 9 a.m. until time of service at Little Rock A.M.E. Church.

Ms. Adams, 61, died Dec. 25, 2014, at her residence. She was born on Dec. 15, 1953, in Bude to Lottie M. Bee and Alex Adams.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and one sister, Nancy L. Reeds.

Survivors are her two sisters, Maggie (L.J.) Jackson of Bude and Katie R. (Clarence) Gary of Dallas, Texas; three brothers, Glenn (Betty Ann) Bee, Willie C. Bee, both of Bude and Charles R. Bee of Meadville; three god-children, De’Ante Berry, Essence Walker and LaToya Coleman, all of Bude; five special friends; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
