SUMMIT – Southwest’s Bryant Boyington, a freshman from Robertsdale, AL, has been named the MACJC’s men’s Goalkeeper of the Week for his performance last week.

Boyington saved six shots on goal against Co-Lin as the Bears won 5-0 in Wesson. At Pearl River, he saved seven shots on goal as the Bears won 1-0.

By his receiving the MACJC honor, Boyington will now automatically be nominated for the NJCAA’s Goalkeeper of the Week.
