Funeral Services for Mildred Bain Adams of Kosciusko are 11 a.m. on Friday, June 20, 2014, at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel in Kosciusko with burial in Marvin Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. Ron Thomas and the Rev. C.J. Caufield will be officiating. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Thursday, June 19, 2014, from 5 until 8 p.m. and again on Friday, June 20 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Jordan Funeral Home.

Mrs. Adams, 100, died Monday, June 16, 2014, at her residence. She was born on Sept. 26, 1913, in Ethel, Mississippi, to Dan and Edna Cox Bain.

She was church quilter and Sunday school teacher. She was a longtime member of Marvin Chapel United Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Clyde Adams; brothers, Hollis and wife, Louise Bain and Quitman and wife, Ella Mae Bain; son-in-law, Roy Wasson; and great-granddaughter, Melissa Sanders.

Survivors are her children, Betty Jean Wasson, Annette Weaver “Jimmy”, Bonnie Burns “Robert” and Frank Adams “Delorise”; grandchildren, Lauran Sanders, Angela Tommasini “Joe”, Bryan Weaver “Tracy”, Tracy Jackson “Bill”, Terri Mabile “Matt”, Laura Hunt, Jennifer McGary and Jon David; 26 great-grandchildren; nine great great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ora Belle Flint “Hilman”.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
