The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Friday, Saturday and Sunday was as follows:
• Larry DeLaughter Jr., 1-11-16981, 31 SE Dave Lane – Contempt of court, by the Brookhaven Police Department. Bonded out of jail.
• Donis A. Ganoe, 9-18-1981, 1905 Pricedale Drive, Bogue Chitto – Possession of a controlled substance, by the BPD. Bonded out.
• Leah S. Oliver, 11-1-1982, 2555 SE Old Red Star Rd. – Contempt of court by the BPD. Bonded out.
• Eric L. Williams, 3-27-1986, 300 Poplar St. – Simple assault and domestic violence by the BPD. Bonded out.
• Lawson C. Elkins, 12-13-1983, 1953 Highway 583, Bogue Chitto – Parole violation by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. In jail.
• Christopher Gayten, 12-13-1983, 1337 Union St. – Possession of marijuana by the BPD. Bonded out.
• Marqunita Jackson, 5-17-1983, 528 Hyram St. – Contempt of court by the BPD. Bonded out.
• James B. Lewis, 8-27-1995, 321 Martin Luther King Drive – Disorderly conduct and failure to comply with a request from an officer by the BPD. Paid fine. Out of jail.
• Anthony A. McDaniel, 6-19-1971, 119 Larkin St., Hazlehurst – DUI, refused test, by the Mississippi Highway Patrol. Bonded out.
• Sanford L. Powell, 5-1-1970, 1367 Union St. – Contempt of court by the BPD. Paid fine, out of jail.
• Zachary H. Smith, 9-30-1992, 262 Miggins Rd., Farmhaven – Possession of a controlled substance by the LCSO. Bonded out.
• Charles W. Thomas, 10-18-1989, 09 River Run Drive, Jackson – Failure to appear in court by the BPD. In jail.
• Martell Blandon, 6-30-1989, 268 Roger Circle – Failure to appear by the LCSO. Bonded out.
• Marcy Rushing, 3-9-1981, 118 Brasher St. – First offense DUI, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance by the MHP. Bonded out.
• Tristan Smith, 2-16-1993, 1022 Timberlane Rd., Wesson – Shoplifting by the BPD. Released.
• Joshua N. Stafford, 2-24-1988, 1022 Timberlane Rd., Wesson – Shoplifting by the BPD. Released.
