The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:

• Hailey A. Jacobson, 5-4-1979, of 18 Bond Road – Charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance by Brookhaven Police Department. Released on bond.

• Dennis Banks, 12-16-1958, of 1899 Turtle Road, Byram – Charged with failure to pay child support by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. Released on bond.

• Shaynell D. Lee, 9-15-1979, of 939 Ozark Lane – Charged with first- degree arson and third-degree arson by LCSO. In jail.

• Mitchell Mackabee, 11-3-1980, of 97 Katie Trail – Charged with probation violation by Mississippi Department of Corrections. In jail.

• Charles E. Upton Sr., 8-22-1963, of 1635 Bethel Road – Charged with felonious bad check by BPD. Released on bond.
