Funeral services for Michael Murray of Wesson are 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service, with burial in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Murray, 66, died June 2, 2013 at his home. He was born in Mississippi on Oct. 22, 1946.
He was retired from International Paper Co. in Natchez and from Copiah-Lincoln Community College as an industrial maintenance instructor. He was presented a plaque from Copiah-Lincoln Automotive and Control Class of 2013 for appreciation and dedicated support.
Mr. Murray was a member of First Baptist Church of Bude. He served 10 1/2 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he was also presented the Air Force Commendation Medal for his Meritorious Service for the Department of the Air Force from May 1, 1971 to May 11, 1976.
Preceding him in death was his father, Henry Murray.
Survivors are his wife, Janet Lynn Murray; mother, Frances (Hill) Murray; sons, Michael Lance Murray, Johnny Fielder and Cameron Fielder; daughters, Misty Smith and Autumn McDonald; brother, Glynn Murray and wife, Gloria; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
