Funeral services for Carolyn Harveston Pepper, of Brookhaven, are 1 p.m. on Monday, May 21, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service, with burial in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

     Visitation is Sunday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. Pepper, 65, died May 17, 2012, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb. She was born in Mississippi on Feb. 24, 1947.

     She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

     Preceding her in death was her husband, Jerry E. Pepper; father, Willard Winston “Jack” Harveston; brothers, Alton Wayne Harveston and Jackie Harveston; and sister, Gail Harveston.

     Survivors are her mother, Mary Alice Smith and husband, Truly; daughters, Stephanie Pepper Allen and husband, Lee, and Lacey Pepper, all of Brookhaven; stepson, Bruce Pepper and wife, Sharon, of Hurley; brothers, Freddie Harveston and wife, Ruby, and Jim Harveston and wife, Darlene, all of Brookhaven; sisters, Judy Dykes and husband, Luke, and Dale Perone, all of Brookhaven; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Pepper, Gladys Richardson, Ruth Newman and husband, Paul, Josie Wright, Dorthy Brooks and Linda Harveston; six grandchildren, Madelaine Allen, Cayden Easley, Catelyn Easley, Haley Pepper, Colby Pepper and Peyton Pepper; great-grandchild, Londyn Cole; and a host of nieces and nephews.
