Funeral services for Juell B. Moak, of Brookhaven, are 10 a.m.on Wednesday, May 4, at Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive,with burial in Rosehill Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Moak, 87, died May 1, 2011, at Brookmanor Nursing Home. Shewas born in Little Rock, Ark. on July 14, 1923, to Walter L.Barksdale and Mittie Furr Barksdale.

She was a housewife and member of First Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Zack Moak of Brookhaven; her daughters,Sue Netherland and her husband, Jerry; and Ann Moak, all ofBrookhaven; her grandchildren, Julie Netherland Cooper and her latehusband, Kevin Joseph Cooper; and Katy Netherland Nevels and herhusband, Scott; her great-grandchildren, Michaela Katherine Cooperand Judson Levi Callender; her brother, Walter Rankin Barksdale ofHouston, Tex.; her niece, Wendy Barksdale Moore of Hattiesburg; andher nephews Bill Barksdale, Kin Barksdale, Wayne Barksdale andWayde Lee Barksdale, all of Houston.
