Funeral services for Richard Todd Parkman, of Monticello, are 2p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, at Arm Baptist Church in Silver Creek,with burial in the church cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home inMonticello is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday from 11 a.m., until the time of the serviceat the church.

Mr. Parkman, 48, died Feb. 13, 2011, at Joseph M. Still Burn Centerat Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga.
