Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010, atSaulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss for Frances Moss,age 82, of Brookhaven, formerly of the Hepzibah community.

Mrs. Moss passed away Nov. 13, 2010, at Haven Hall Health Care Homein Brookhaven. Interment followed at Hepzibah Cemetery. The Rev.Howard Griffin officiated.

Pallbearers were Tommy Carney, Dale Watson, David Conn and JoePortrey.

Frances Sue Quarles Moss was born June 19, 1928, in Tennessee. Shewas the daughter of Herbert Quarles and Flossie Vinny Quarles. Shewas a floral designer and worked with florists in Columbia andMonticello. She was a member of Monticello Church of Christ.

Mrs. Moss is survived by a son, Steve Moss of Memphis, Tenn.;daughters, Pam Hedgepeth of Prentiss, and Cindi Hedgepeth ofBrookhaven; three grandchildren, Brad Hedgepeth, Whitney Hedgepethand Jessie Burt; three great-grandchildren, Brady Hedgepeth, HayesHedgepeth and Rayni Hedgepeth; and a brother, Dave Quarles,, ofChattanooga, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John P.Moss; four brothers and a sister.
