Butch Oliver

Services for Butch Oliver, of Roxie, are 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6,at Elmo Baptist Church in Jefferson County with burial in thechurch cemetery. Franklin Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Sunday beginning at 6 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Oliver, 55, died Oct. 3, 2008, at his residence. He was bornin Ozona, Texas, on Feb. 14, 1953, to Orbie Lee Oliver Sr. andHazel Aldridge Oliver.

He was a welder. He was a member of Elmo Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one brother.

Survivors are his wife, Debbie Cooper Oliver, of Roxie; hisdaughter, Emily S. Oliver, of Bradenton, Fla.; his son, Nathan T.Oliver, of Roxie; his sister, Diane Lehmann and husband, Gary, ofRoxie; and many nieces and nephews.
