Services for Jimmie Dale Holloway, of Sontag, are 1 p.m.Saturday, Aug. 30, at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church inSontag with burial in Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemeteryin Sontag.
Visitation is Saturday from noon until 1 p.m. at the church withfamily present Friday, Aug. 29, from 6 until 8 p.m. at MarshallFuneral Home in Brookhaven.
Mr. Holloway, 44, died Aug. 27, 2008, at Central MississippiMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Sontag on Sept. 25, 1963,to Juanita Holloway.
He was a member of Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church where he served onthe deacon board, as assistant superintendent of Sunday school, asan usher board advisor, as president of the trustee board and inthe youth ministry.
Preceding him in death was his mother.
Survivors are his loving wife, Mosetta Holloway, of Sontag; hissons, who are his nephews that he reared, Terence Hilliard, of Ft.Lauderdale, Fla. and Timothy Hilliard, of Sontag; his four sisters,Evelyn Holloway, Ikie Holloway, Bobbie Holloway, all of Monticello,and Mary Evans, of Stockbridge, Ga.; his five brothers, MarkWalters, Dwayne Holloway and wife, Cassandra, Tyrone Holloway, allof Monticello, Calvin Hilliard, of Sontag, and W.C. Boyd, ofGulfport; his two godchildren, Anya Moyé and Dwayne Holloway Jr.;his three sister-in-laws, Glenda Hall and husband, David, RosemaryMartin and Carol Moyé; his two brother-in-laws, Kenneth Hilliardand wife, Justine, and Denver Hilliard and wife, Lolitha; his fiveaunts, Willie Mae Hall, Mary Hinton, Mattie Williams, BrendaBlackwell and Patsy Ann Green; his four uncles, Leonard Fairley andwife, Jean, Kenneth Hathorn, Dennis Reggans and Arthur Reggans; anda host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
