Services for Frances Potter, of Brookhaven are 2 p.m. Sunday,Dec. 23, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel.

Visitation is Sunday from 1 p.m. until time of service at thefuneral home.

Mrs. Potter, 78, died Dec. 19, 2007, in Brookhaven. She was bornon April 18, 1929, to Cornelius Bryant Young and Ethel Dorr.

She was a retired public school music teacher. She attendedMississippi College. She was a member of First Baptist Church inBrookhaven where she had served as pianist for many years.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Jay C.Potter Sr.; and two daughters, Patricia Jane Potter and EvelynCarol Potter.

Survivors include her sons, Jay C. Potter Jr.; her daughters,Peggy Potter Cody and Sarah Jeffries; her daughter-in-law, ShayPotter; her brother, C.B. Young; five grandchildren; and twogreat-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Brookhaven.
