Services for Roseanna Wilson, of Wilkinson County are 11 a.m.Saturday, Sept. 30, at Holly Grove Baptist Church. Marshall FuneralHome in Bude is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the serviceat the church.

Mrs. Wilson died Sept. 23, 2006, in Vidalia, La. She was born inWilkinson County on Aug. 10, 1912, to Nap and Julia ChandlerThompson.

She was a faithful member of her church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, HoraceWilson; her daughter, Katie B. Wilson Jones; her sister, LillianHoward; her brothers, Frank Thompson, Simon Thompson, HenryThompson and Lee Thompson.

Survivors are her daughter, Alsee Weathersby, of Gloster; herson, Oscar Wilson, of Centreville; her sister, Edna Mae Hull, ofBaton Rouge, La.; her 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren,five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of in-laws, nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends.
