Elizabeth ‘Libba’ Hobson

Services for Elizabeth “Libba” Hobson, of Hattiesburg, were 2p.m. Saturday, July 9 at Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home Purvis Chapelwith burial in Coaltown Cemetery.

Mrs. Hobson, 53, died July 6, 2005, at her residence.

She was an attendance secretary at Oak Grove High School. Sheattended Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors are her father, Billy Ray, of Bay St. Louis; herhusband, Payne Hobson, of Hattiesburg; her son, Jonathan Hobson, ofGulfport; her daughters, Lori Ponders and Sally Hobson, both ofHattiesburg; her brothers, David Ray, of Bay St. Louis, and MichaelRay, of Kiln; and three grandchildren.

Fannie T. Kyzar

Services for Fannie T. Kyzar, of Brookhaven, were 10 a.m.Saturday, July 9 at Mallalieu Methodist Church with burial inPleasant Grove Methodist Cemetery. Harrigill Funeral Home was incharge of arrangements.

Mrs. Kyzar, 94, died July 6, 2005, at Garden Park Medical Centerin Gulfport. She was born in Lincoln County on Sept. 21, 1910, toR.J. “Bob” Thornhill Sr. and Mattie Rials Thornhill.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Methodistfaith.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, JohnKyzar; six sisters; two brothers; and three daughters, Betty JeanKyzar, Patsy Ruth Kyzar and Betty Lou Kemp.

Survivors are her daughter, Mildred Mason, of Gulfport; her son,Henry Lee Kyzar, of Brookhaven; her sister, Mary Hampton, ofBrookhaven; her brother, Wesley Thornhill, of Hammond; ninegrandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Jane C. Wilson

Services for Jane C. Wilson, of Ruth, are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday,July 12 at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church with burial in EasthavenCemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Wilson, 69, died July 10, 2005, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Texas on June 16, 1936, to John HenryCunningham and Opal Sizemore Cunningham.

She was an assembly worker for Knox Glass Company. She was amember of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, EarlWilson; and her daughter, Barbara Ann Roberson.

Survivors are her sons, Robert Earl Wilson, Sonny Wilson andRalph Wilson, all of Ruth, and Roger Wilson, of Brookhaven; hersister, Dorothy Lofton, of Brookhaven; her brothers, Arthur Fife,of Centreville, and Tony Fife, of West Monroe, La.; her 10grandchildren, Brandon Roberson, Chris Wilson, Jonny Wilson, StevieWilson, Tonya Wilson, Jannan Wilson, Eren Wilson, Angie Wilson,David Roberson and Lisa Pickins; and numerousgreat-grandchildren.
