Services for Edna Anding Smith of Brookhaven are 2 p.m. Sunday,Jan. 4, at Friendship Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 8 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Smith, 90, died Jan. 2, 2004, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Lincoln County on March 22, 1913, to LillyJenkins Anding and William Anding.

She formerly worked at Stahl Urban Manufacturing Co. She was amember of Friendship Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, JessieSmith; her son, Gerald Smith; a son-in-law, Donald Crosby; agrandson, Jeff Crosby; and a great-granddaughter, Abby LaneLofton.

Survivors are her daughters, Willie Faye Lofton and husbandJerome of Brookhaven, Charlene Crosby of Summit, Judy Green andhusband Gary, and Sue Smith, all of Brookhaven.

Queenie Smith Waldon

Services for Queenie Smith Waldon of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.Monday, Jan. 5, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inEasthaven Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 3-8 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. untilservice time at Brookhaven Funeral Home.

Mrs. Waldon, 93, died Jan. 2, 2004, at Silver Cross NursingHome. She was born in Franklin County on Jan. 26, 1910, to SarahJane Smith and George W. Smith.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Pentecostalfaith.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, James R.Waldon Sr.; a son, Glen Waldon; her brother, Elmer Smith; and asister, Lilly Pritchard.

Survivors are her daughter, Della Jean Adams of Brookhaven; hersons, Donald Waldon of Walker, La., and Jim Waldon of Horn Lake;seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth Blanchard Watson

Services for Elizabeth Blanchard Watson of Jackson are 3:30 p.m.Monday, Jan. 5, 2004, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel withgraveside services at Greensburg Cemetery in Greensburg, La., at 5p.m.

Ms. Watson, 90, died Jan. 3, 2004, at her residence. She wasborn in Baton Rouge, La., on Aug. 19, 1913, to Clara Pearl CutrerWatson and Alexander Thompson Watson.

She worked as a secretary and administrative assistant in oilfield work in New Orleans and Jackson. She was a member of St. LukeUnited Methodist Church of Jackson.

Preceding her in death were her parents; three brothers, EdwardWatson, Robert Watson, and Virgil Watson; and two sisters,Josephine and Esther.

Survivors are her brother, Morris Watson of Lafayette, La.; twonieces, Amanda McCrary and Laura Bryan; three nephews, Bob Watson,Charles Watson and Edward Watson; and a number of otherrelatives.

Edward Wrenn

Memorial services for Edward Wrenn of Monticello are 3 p.m.Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004, at Community Funeral Services Chapel.

Mr. Wrenn, 50, died Jan. 1, 2004, at his residence. He was bornin Lawrence County on Oct. 19, 1953, to Dorothy Anderson and JohnL. Wrenn.

He was a welder at Kenner Shipyard.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his sisters, Joan Lesser and Karen Wrenn, both ofSeattle, Wash., and Ruth Wrenn of Whidby Island, Wash.
