Services for Christopher Edward “Chris” Valentine of Magnoliaare 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 4, at Catchings Funeral Home Chapel inMcComb with burial in Magnolia Cemetery.

Visitation is Monday from 5-8 p.m., and Tuesday from 9-10 a.m.,at the funeral home.

Mr. Valentine, 19, died Oct. 31, 2003, in McComb. He was born inPascagoula on Nov. 2, 1983, to Regina Hughes Valentine and Mark A.O’Brien.

He was employed with the McComb Recreation Department, andattended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints inMcComb.

Preceding him in death were his father; his maternalgrandfather, Bennion Hughes; his stepgrandparents, Buck and JeanValentine; and his stepgrandfather, Robert Sullivan.

Survivors are his mother, Regina Hughes Valentine of Magnolia;his stepfather, Donald E. Valentine of Pascagoula; his sisters,Tiffany O’Brien of Pascagoula, and April O’Brien, Paige O’ Brienand Anngelle O’Brien, all of New Orleans, La.; his brother, TaylorValentine of Pascagoula; his maternal grandmother, Geneva Sullivanof Magnolia; his paternal grandparents, Charles and Kerrie O’Brienand Cecilia Radcliff, all of Brookhaven; a nephew; and numerousaunts, uncles and cousins.
