Misty Beeson Bounds
Services for Misty Beeson Bounds of Sumrall were 11 a.m.,Wednesday, April 2, at the Church of God of Bellvue with burial inMilitary Cemetery. Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home in Hattiesburg wasin charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bounds, 25, died March 31, 2003, at Forrest GeneralHospital.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of God ofBellvue.
Survivors are her husband, Lance J. Bounds of Sumrall; her sons,Hunter and Samuel Bounds of Sumrall; her daughter, Grace Hunter ofSumrall; her father and stepmother, Marty and Beth Beeson ofBrookhaven; her mother and stepfather, Brenda and George Dixon ofSumrall; her grandparents, Annie Marie Beeson and James Earl andAnna Crane, all of Brookhaven; her great-grandparents, Plez andPauline Crane of Brookhaven; her stepsisters, Kate Beeson andNatasha Dixon, both of Brookhaven; and her brothers, Patrick Beesonand Matthew Beeson, both of Brookhaven, and Curtis Dixon andJohnathan Dixon, both of Sumrall.
Andrew “Andy” Ladd Bourn
Services for Andrew “Andy” Ladd Bourn of Silver Creek are 11a.m., Thursday, April 3, at Arm Baptist Church with burial in OldArm Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home.
Mr. Bourn, 22, died March 31, 2003, in an automobile accident.He was born in Brookhaven on Dec. 5, 1980, to Gordon and Lillie”Cindy” Smith Bourn.
He was a truck driver with Warner Enterprises. He was a memberof Arm Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Maxie and MyrtleBourn and G. W. and Hilda Smith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, SarahBourn of Silver Creek.
Eugene Charles Brister
Services for Eugene Charles Brister of Monticello are 2 p.m.,Thursday, April 3, at Monticello Methodist Protestant Church withburial in Bethshan Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home.
Mr. Brister, 89, died April 1, 2003, at Lawrence County NursingCenter. He was born in Lawrence County on July 31, 1913, to Charlieand Josephine McEwen Brister.
He was the retired owner of Brister’s Clothing Store. He was amember of Monticello Methodist Protestant Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, Clyde,John Henry, Lonnie, Leslie, and Lloyd Brister; and his sisters,twins Lois and Irene Brister.
Survivors are his wife, Virgie Boyd Brister of Monticello; hisdaughter and son-in-law, Ann and Ben Russell Blakeney ofMonticello; his sister-in-law, Earnestine Brister; hisgrandchildren, Brad and Janie Weeks Blakeney, Bridget and BillyFraysier, and Amy Blakeney; his great-grandchildren, Byron andBrent Fraysier and Kara and Aaron Blakeney; and a number of niecesand nephews.
