Services for Charles Ray McNeese of Silver Creek are noon,Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in OldArm Cemetery.

Mr. McNeese, 74, died Dec. 1, 2002, at his residence. He wasborn in Jefferson Davis County on Nov. 8, 1928, to Pink and LucyDavis McNeese.

He was retired from road maintenance. He was a member of ArmBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, ChristineHutchinson McNeese; his son, Larry Charles McNeese; his sister,Bertie Grayson; and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Survivors are his sons, Jerry Wallace McNeese of Silver Creek,Billy Carol McNeese of Monticello, and James Arthur McNeese andTravis Mitchell McNeese, both of Arm; his daughters, Jo Ann Mayhughof Arm, Hilda Marie King of Jackson, and Sandra Sue Smith ofMonticello; his brother, Kenneth McNeese of Monticello; hissisters, Myrtle Bryant and Betty Sue Lee, both of New Hebron; and26 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren.
