Services for Peggy Ann Smith Lingenfelter of Kosciusko were 2p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery. Harrigill Funeral Home was in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Lingenfelter, 52, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2002, at herresidence. She was born in Texas on Aug. 9, 1949, to Leon H. andAlma Jordan Smith.

She was a librarian for Durant Public Schools. She was a memberof Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Bogue ChittoHigh School and the University of Mississippi, where she receivedher Masters degree in librarian science.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her son, Mark Benjamin Lingenfelter of Kosciusko;her mother-in-law, Carolyn Groff of Ft. Worth, Texas; her uncle,Alton Jordan of Bogue Chitto; and a host of nieces and nephews.
