Services for Clinton J. Wesley Hinson of York, Ala., wereSunday, Sept. 16, at Bumpers Funeral Home in York with burial inOak Grove Cemetery in Meridian.

Mr. Hinson, 93, died Sept. 15, 2001, at Sumter Nursing Home. Hewas born in Clarke County on Feb. 13, 1908.

He was a former manager of the RC Cola Company in York andproprietor of the RC Cola plant in Natchez. He was a masterbrickmason. He was a member of the Lions Club and was a Mason. Hewas a deacon at York Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his wives, Minnie Blackwell Hinsonand Gladys Hinson; and his sons, Johnny Hinson and LarryHinson.

Survivors are his daughter, Gwen Cavin of Wesson; hisstep-daughter, Betty Knickerbocker of Flowood; his stepson, PaulPiercey of Knoxville, Tenn.; and nine grandchildren and fivegreat-grandchildren.
