Fifteen basketball teams from three states will participate inthe Brookhaven Academy Holiday Invitational Basketball Tournament,beginning Wednesday, Dec. 27, and continuing through Saturday, Dec.30. Ten games are scheduled for Wednesday, beginning at 9 a.m. andcontinuing through 10 p.m.

Mississippi teams playing with host Brookhaven Academy areSimpson County, Natchez Trinity, Copiah Academy, Prentiss ChristianSchool, McComb Parklane, Central Hinds, Amite School Center, AdamsCounty Christian School and Wilkinson County Christian Academy.

Out of state teams include the Marvell, Ark. girls, Mt. Olive,La., Huntington, La., Prairie View, La., and the Ben’s Ford (La.)boys.

The Brookhaven Academy girls play Wednesday night at 8:15against Prairie View. The Brookhaven Academy boys get a first-roundbye and plays Thursday at 8:15 the against Wednesday’sAmite-Porter’s Chapel winner.
