The annual Christmas Parade is Thursday night, Dec. 5, and in preparation for this event and the upcoming Christmas season, the Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers.

The chamber needs help to put Christmas lights in the planters in the downtown area and refurbish some of the figurines that will be placed in Railroad Park prior to the parade.

Plans call for the lights to be put out and work to be done Thursday, Nov. 14, and Friday, Nov. 15, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
