Daily Leader front office reorganization announced
Otis Raybon, publisher of The Daily Leader, announces a reorganization of the newspaper’s front office.
“In order to better serve our customers, we have reorganized our front office staff,” Raybon said.
“Rejoining our staff and leading our bookkeeping and front office is Theresa Weeks. Many of our customers and subscribers have worked with Theresa over the 23 years she previously served at the newspaper,” Raybon said.
“Anna Montgomery has moved from bookkeeper to circulation manager and will handle customer service and manage our circulation database,” Raybon added.
Rounding out the front office staff is Jennifer Harrison, classifieds manager, who has been employed at The Daily Leader for the past two months and handles all classified ads, as well as legal and public notices.
Weeks was employed at The Daily Leader by the Jacobs family from 1990 until 2013. She is now taking care of accounts receivable, payroll and customer billing.
Weeks and her husband Tim Weeks live in Brookhaven. Her daughter, Erin Milholen, graduated this May and her son, Joshua Milholen, will attend Enterprise High School as an eighth grader this fall.
Montgomery has been employed at The Daily Leader since 2011. She has recently returned from maternity leave after the birth of her first child, Allie Rose Montgomery. She is a native of Columbia, but she and her husband, Andrew Montgomery, have settled in Brookhaven.
Harrison is a resident of Wesson and has two children, daughter Mallory, who will attend Wesson Attendance Center as a seventh grader, and son, Blake, who will start his freshman year at Copiah-Lincoln Community College this fall.
