THE DAILY LEADER / RHONDA DUNAWAY / Neil White, (standing at right) , author of the acclaimed memoir, “In the Sanctuary of Outcasts,” speaks to the crowd gathered for a sponsorship luncheon at the home of Kathy Behan Saturday. The event was part of the Friends of the Lincoln County Library’s kickoff to National Library Week activities in Brookhaven.
