West Lincoln netters captured a 4-3 victory over Terry High School Bulldogs in tennis action Monday.

In boy’s singles action. Matthew Allred (WL) lost to against Emontle lewis- 0-6, 46. In girl’s singles, Caroline Laird of West Lincoln fell in a tiebreaker against Shaneka Hubbard 6-4, 1-6, 3-10.

In doubles action, West Lincoln’s No. 1 doubles Tay Applewhite and Gage Butler won against Mark Stewart and Ryan Horton, 7-5, 6-4 . Boys No. 2 Double Matt Gill and Austin Patt lost to Tanner Dodson and Emmanual Abasta 4-6, 1-6.

In girl’s No. 1 Double, West Lincoln’s Katy Clark and Kara Clark defeated Tiffani Stewart and ALexandria Furdge 6-1, 6-1. In No. 2 girl’s doubles, Madison Franklin And Carlie Smith won against Megan Bozeman ALyssa ALkuino 6-1, 6-3. In mixed double action, West Lincoln’s Laura Leigh Dunaway and Sebastian Harrell defeated Jacob Allen and Bynda Bradley 6-1, 6-0.

West Lincoln returns to action Thursday as they prepare to take on Enterprise at the Brookhaven Country Club tennis courts, starting at 3:30 p.m.
