Services for Gladys W. Lowery, of Brookhaven, are being handledby Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven.

Mrs. Lowery, 68, died Jan. 4, 2010, at her residence. She wasborn on July 11, 1941, to Earl Edwards Weimer and Marie KeeferWeimer.

She retired from Delphi Packard Electric. She was a member ofHeuck’s Retreat Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Earl and Marie Weimer;her husband, Charles W. Hathaway; and a sister, Zelna Weimer.

Survivors are a son, Randy Bosley, of Atlanta, Ga.; herdaughters, Kim Bosley Cummins and husband, Ed, of Brandon; herbrothers, Lee Weimer and Ray Weimer, both of Ohio, and GrantWeimer, of Florida; her sisters, Wilma Brinsky, of Ohio, RuthWhite, Laura Johnson, both of Florida, Connie Caraway, of Ohio,Shirley Stragg, of West Virginia, and Donna Crawford, ofPennsylvania; her two grandchildren, Christian Bosley and SeanCummins; her companion, Fred “Dude” Lowery; and her numerousnieces, nephews, and other family members.
