The infant Bonson died July 15, 2003. She was born in Brookhavenon July 15, 2003, to David Bonson and Lisa Bonson.

Survivors are her parents; her sister, Sarah Bonson ofBrookhaven; her brothers, Daniel Bonson and Caleb Bonson, both ofBrookhaven; her maternal grandparents, Ronnie and Judy Burgess ofMonticello; her paternal grandparents, Shawn and Wanda Dunley ofBrookhaven; and her maternal great-grandmother, Betty Jean ThompsonBonner of Brookhaven.

Sammie Louis May

Services for Sammie Louis May of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Saturday, July 19, at Williams Mortuary Chapel with burial inMarshill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon – 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10-11a.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. May, 86, died July 13, 2003, at his residence. He was bornin Lincoln County on Aug. 5, 1916, to Leon May and Lena MaeMay.

He was retired from the Mississippi Highway Department. He was amember of Marshill Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and two brothers, J.C.May and James May.

Survivors are his wife, Linda Ruth May of Brookhaven; hisdaughters, Doris May, Charlestine May, Stella May, Elizabeth Mayand Elize May, all of New Orleans, and Effie May, Bessie Evans, andAmanda May, all of Brookhaven; his sons, Rickey May of San Antonio,Texas, Derrick May, Darrick May and Michael May, all of Brookhaven,Antony May of McComb, James May and T.L. May, both of New Orleans,La., Richard May of Chicago, and Harold May of Louisville, Ky.; anda host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces andnephews.

Ann Marie Stevenson

Services for Ann Marie Stevenson of Monticello are 1 p.m.,Friday, July 18, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial inBethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Monticello.

Visitation is Thursday from 5-9 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mrs. Stevenson, 83, died July 15, 2003, in Hattiesburg. She wasborn on Oct. 14, 1919, to Ines Luna and Juana Morales.

She was a CNA, and enjoyed helping others through her work. Shewas a member of the Catholic faith. She loved gardening.

Preceding her in death were her parents, four sisters and twobrothers.

Survivors are her daughters, Lucille Arnold of Spokane, Wash.,Kathy Harkinson of Seattle, Wash., Pat Hill of Ogden, Utah, andElizabeth Ford of West Palm Springs, Fla.; and her sons, Le RoyWhite of Monticello, Donald Wayne White of Jack, Ala., and J.D.White Jr., of Mesa, Ariz.; 16 grandchildren; and 23great-grandchildren.

Services for Lorrayne Wilson of Mathis, Texas, were 2 p.m., June1, at Dobie Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Cenizo HillCemetery.

Mrs. Wilson, 85, died May 30, 2003. She was born in Bogue Chittoon Dec. 9, 1917, to Preston and Lena Summers Boyd.

She was a retired LVN. She was a member of Mathis Study Club andFirst Baptist Church of Mathis.

Preceding her in death were a sister, Nellie B. Janopaul; and abrother, Allen D. Boyd.

Survivors are her husband, J.C. Wilson; her daughters, GayleThompson of Rockport, Texas, and Ann Baugh of Riverside, Texas; hersons, Cecil E. Franke of Runge, Texas, and Fred A. Franke Jr., ofGranbury, Texas; her sister, Mary Knight of Brookhaven; 11grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
