Services for Stanley Fells of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Saturday,June 14, at Beulah Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with burial inSiloam Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday from noon – 6 p.m., with a wake servicefrom 6-7 p.m., at Tyler Funeral Home.
Mr. Fells, 40, died June 7, 2003, at Baptist Medical Center inJackson. He was born in Brookhaven on Sept. 18, 1962, to PercyEdward Fells and Mattie Byrd.
He was a former offshore driller for Diamond Offshore Oil Rig.He was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church.
Preceding him in death were his father.
Survivors are his mother; his stepmother, Mae Belle Fells; hiswife, Debra McCalup Fells of Brookhaven; his daughters, MekoBrothern, Tambria Brothern and Courtney Fells, all of Brookhaven;his stepdaughter,Tonya McCalup of Brookhaven; his brothers, RichardFells of Brookhaven, and Ronald Lynn Fells of Clovis, N.M.; fourstepbrothers; his sisters, Sandra Jones and Jacqueline Fells, bothof Flint, Mich., Bonita Quarles, Tammy Dawson and Tara Fells, allof Brookhaven, and Pamela Fells of Goodman; four stepsisters; threegrandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
