Henry ‘Boy’ Brown

Services for Henry “Boy” Brown, of Brookhaven, are 10 a.m.Saturday, Sept. 10 at Ebenezer A.M.E. Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m. at R.E. TylerFuneral Home.

Mr. Brown, 94, died Sept. 2, 2005, at his residence. He was bornon April 2, 1911, to Thornton Brown and Letha Burrell Brown.

He was a retired farmer, logger and construction worker. He wasa member of Ebenezer A.M.E. Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his wife, AnnieBell Brown.

Survivors are his son, James E. Brown, of Brookhaven; fourgrandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and fourgreat-great-grandchildren.

Michael Earl Jackson

A memorial service for Michael Earl Jackson, of Jackson, are 2p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at Center Street Church of Christ inBrookhaven. R.E. Tyler Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Jackson, 43, died Sept. 1, 2005, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He was born on Dec. 6, 1961,to Willie Lee Jackson Sr. and Mary Alice White Jackson.

He was employed at the Mississippi Department of Correction for12 years and Wacken Hut Securities for two years. He graduated fromBrookhaven High School in 1979 and went on to attend Jackson Stateand Belhaven College.

Preceding him in death was his mother.

Survivors are his father, Willie Lee Jackson Sr., of Brookhaven;his sisters, Erica Jackson and Brandy Jackson, both of Brookhaven;his brothers, James Dwayne “Jamie” Vance, of Jackson, Kenneth RayJackson, of Brookhaven, Willie Lee Jackson Jr., of Bogue Chitto,and Reginald Van Clayton, of McComb.

Elouise Morgan

Services for Elouise Morgan, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Friday,Sept. 9 at R.E. Tyler Funeral Home Chapel with burial in CarverHeights Cemetery.

Visitation is today from noon until 5 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Morgan, 76, died Sept. 6, 2005, at her residence. She wasborn on Aug. 22, 1929, to the Rev. Augustus Brown and Ida WestbrookBrown.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the United Church ofGod International Association in Laurel.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and 14 siblings.

Survivors are her husband, J.W. Morgan, of Brookhaven; and herstepsons, Barry Morgan and Charles Wilson; and threegrandchildren.
