Services for Dora Diane West, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Wednesday, Dec. 20, at First Baptist Church of Brookhaven withburial in Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery. Riverwood FamilyFuneral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. West, 57, died Dec. 16, 2006, in Copiah County. She wasborn on Feb. 1, 1949, to John L. Smith and Willie Reese JamesSmith.

She was a seamstress. She was a member of First BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her daughter, ShanonWest “Lana” Adams.

Survivors are her husband, Mitchell G. West; her daughters,Heather Elizabeth West Walker and Anna Lisa West Ryals; herbrothers, Alton Morris Smith and John Phillip Smith; and hergrandchildren, Merideth Claire Walker, Madison Elizabeth Walker,William Mitchell Walker, Miriam Reese Walker, Anna-Caroline Adamsand Hayden Edward Adams.
