Services for Sarah Jewel Allred, of Bogue Chitto, are 11 a.m.Wednesday, July 9, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel withburial in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in BogueChitto.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Allred, 84, died July 7, 2008, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born on May 4, 1924, to Charles Greer and LulaAlbritton Greer.

She was a homemaker and personal sitter. She was a member ofPleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was a member of the SpecialLadies of the Widows Women Club of Pleasant Hill.

Preceding her in death were her husband, William B. “Bill”Allred.

Survivors are her son, Keith Allred, of Bogue Chitto; herspecial caretakers, Margie Williams, Glendean Harris and PeggyLewis; and a host of nieces and nephews.
