Services for Donnis Mae Posey of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Saturday, Feb. 1, at Gum Grove Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is today from 4-9 p.m., at Brookhaven Funeral Home,and Saturday from 1-2 p.m., at the church.

Ms. Posey, 77, died Jan. 30, 2003, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Lincoln County on April 13, 1925, to RupertEnon Posey and Mary Edna Smith Posey.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Gum Grove BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and two brothers, SkeetPosey and J.W. Posey.

Survivors are her brothers, Jack Posey and Mike Posey, both ofBrookhaven; her sisters, Betty McManus, Irene Smith and LanellThompson, all of Brookhaven; and numerous nieces and nephews.
