Services for Charles “C.E.” Foster, of McBride, are 11 a.m.Friday, May 5, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery. Glenwood Funeral Home in Port Gibson is in chargeof arrangements.

Visitation is today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Foster, 92, died May 3, 2006, at his residence.

He was a a 50-year member of the Masonic Mason Lodge 334. He wasalso a member of the Order of Eastern Star, John A. Galbreath Lodge#334 of Pleasant Hill. He was an active member of Pleasant HillBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his loving wife, Arlene Foster; hisbrother, Pete, and sister, Dorothy.

Survivors are his son, Robert Higgs and wife Betty; hisgrandchildren, Sarah and husband Mark Loftin, Roxanne and husbandLance Coleman; his four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Sharak,Shelby Coleman, Brittany Loftin and Bryce Loftin.
