James Carl Hollingsworth
Services for James Carl Hollingsworth, of Brookhaven, are 11a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8 at Mt. Zion Church of Christ with burial inthe church cemetery.
Visitation is today from 5 to 9 p.m. at Riverwood Family FuneralService.
Mr. Hollingsworth, 75, died Feb. 5, 2006, at his residence. Hewas born on June 26, 1930, to Grady Hollingsworth and Sarah LairdHollingsworth.
He was a a retired painter. He was a member of Mt. Zion Churchof Christ. He had a lifelong love for Bluegrass music and played inseveral Bluegrass bands over the years.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors are his wife, Earnestine Vaughan Hollingsworth; hisson, Dale Hollingsworth and his wife, Sandy, of Nashville, Tenn.;his daughters, Nan Leggett and her husband, Cameron, of BogueChitto, and Sharon Brumfield and her husband, Lyle, of BogueChitto; his brother, Dennis Hollingsworth, of Baton Rouge, La.; hissisters, June Fisher and Janis Magee, both of Bogue Chitto; hisgrandchildren, Elisha Holmes, of Texas, Mitchell Leggett, ofBrookhaven, Emily Leggett, of Bogue Chitto, Corey Hollingsworth, ofTennessee, Nick Brumfield and Alex Brumfield, both of Bogue Chitto;his great-grandchildren, Jake Holmes, Reagan Holmes, Haley Holmesand Will Holmes, all of Texas, and Mallory Leggett, of BogueChitto.

Services for Vickie M. LeBlanc, of Bogue Chitto, are 1 p.m.Wednesday, Feb. 8 at Brookhaven Funeral Home with burial inPleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Bogue Chitto.
Visitation is today from 5 to 10 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. LeBlanc, 55, died Feb. 6, 2006, at Countrybrook NursingHome. She was born on Feb. 9, 1950, to Elmo LeBlanc and DorisLeBlanc LeBlanc.
She was disabled. She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Churchof Serrento, La.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and one brother, GeraldLeBlanc.
Survivors are her daughter, Leslie Breaux and her husband, Chad,of Pierre Part, La.; her brother, Adam Craig LeBlanc, of LaPlace,La.; her sister, Arlene Bercegeay, of Bogue Chitto; her threegrandchildren, Toby Bourg, Blaze Bourg and Allen Landry, all ofPierre Part; and several nieces and nephews.
Iva Bell Smith
Services for Iva Bell Smith, of Brookhaven, are 10 a.m. today,Feb. 7 at New Salem Church of Christ with burial in the churchcemetery.
Mrs. Smith, 94, died Feb. 5, 2006, at her residence. She wasborn on Sept. 30, 1911, to T.E. “Nong” Smith and Josie GriffinSmith.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of New Salem Church ofChrist.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, HulonSmith; her daughter, Beth Wray; her great-granddaughter, Emily AnnHodges; four brothers and three sisters.
Survivors are her sons, Kirby Smith, of Jackson, and CarrollSmith, of Brookhaven; nine grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 16great-grandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; fivegreat-great-grandchildren; and a special nephew, Lynwood Smith anda niece, Patsy Case.
