Memorial services for Pauline “Polly” Holland, of Brookhaven,are 2 p.m. Monday, July 18 at First United Methodist Church Chapel.Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Mrs. Holland, 100, died July 12, 2005, at her residence.

She was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother andgreat-great-grandmother. She was a member of the First UnitedMethodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Lelier and LeeBrundage; her husband, Ned B. Holland, of Brookhaven; her daughter,Neddy Carper, of Dallas, Texas; and her great-great-granddaughter,Blair Ezell, of Brookhaven.

Survivors are her daughter, Gwen Davis, of Brookhaven; fivegranddaughters; one grandson; 13 grandchildren; and 16great-grandchildren.
